Minimum of 6 years' experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership roles.
Proven track record of developing and securing new business in the data centre sector.
Strong experience in the fire suppression industry, ideally selling into critical environments.
Understanding of fire protection systems in data centres or mission-critical facilities.
Experience managing complex sales with multiple stakeholders.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Commercially astute with strong analytical and market assessment capabilities.
Full UK driving licence.
Willingness to travel as required within the assigned region.

Focusing primarily on fire suppression solutions, you will identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with data centre operators, developers, consultants, contractors, and end users. Using your industry expertise and consultative approach, you will build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, influence project specifications, and position Johnson Controls as a trusted partner for critical fire protection solutions. How You Will Do It

What We Are Looking For

Required:

Preferred:

Experience within the fire detection industry.
Knowledge of gaseous suppression, clean agent systems, water mist, or other specialist fire suppression technologies.
Existing network of contacts within the data centre market.
Experience working within critical infrastructure environments.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
Understanding of sustainability, energy efficiency, and digital infrastructure trends impacting the data centre sector.
