Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager for a London Heathrow site. The role oversees the day-to-day operation of the shift on building services within a contracted site, including Planned Preventive Maintenance and reactive works, while maintaining a professional CBRE image with clients.

You will ensure health & safety, QA, and regulatory compliance, manage client relationships, and provide technical guidance on operation, installation and maintenance of building systems.

Qualifications

• HV qualification required.
• Must obtain Authorised Person status.
• Experience supervising sub-contractors.
• Strong focus on Health & Safety, QA and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for Health & Safety, electrical installation works, building compliance and QA.
• Supervise sub-contractor work approvals and safe operation during repairs or services.
• Ensure planned works are organised with available labour resources and conduct relevant meetings.
• Conform to Permit to Work systems and CBRE HSE procedures.
• Maintain Asset/CMMS data accuracy (e.g., Concept) and assist client reporting.
