Job summary

CBRE Local UK in London is seeking a Lead Shift Engineer to manage maintenance teams and deliver services in critical environments. You will oversee budget adherence, plan maintenance, and ensure compliance with CBRE procedures and safety standards.

The role requires Level 3 electrical qualifications, experience with data centres, and strong communication skills to liaise with clients and suppliers. On-site work and emergency standby are expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent contract and supplier management skills.

• Familiar with MS Office; ability to produce reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage own time and allocate tasks to team members.
• Ensure client services and SLAs are met for critical environments.
• Operate change control processes for business critical areas.
• Provide technical management reports and emergency standby support.
• Plan and maintain statutory compliance, testing, and audits.
