Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a seasoned Shift Leader to oversee operations in a Critical Environment in Harlow. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage maintenance execution, and uphold regulatory and client standards while ensuring continuous availability of plant and systems.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, safety compliance, effective handovers, and proactive fault resolution, with potential night shifts away from home as needed.

Qualifications

Experience working within Critical Environments.
Comprehensive building services knowledge in Mechanical & Electrical.
Experience with CMMS and BMS systems.
Demonstrable Safe Systems of Work experience and permit-to-work procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise a multidisciplinary shift team and act as CBRE representative out of core hours.
Execute Planned Preventative and Corrective Maintenance within SLA targets.
Maintain technical compliance as HVAP and PSSR AP.
Ensure maximum availability of critical plant and user equipment.
Communicate at shift handover with logs and status boards.
Adhere to health and safety policies and complete toolbox talks.
Control consumables and parts; drive continuous improvement for the client.
