Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and experience with work order systems.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage multiple priorities.
• Engineering background with estimating labour hours and materials.
• Effective written and verbal communication; approachable and tactful.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site technical services in compliance with health and safety programs.
• Act as technical services point of contact for activities and provide support.
• Manage a team of technicians, maximize self-performed work.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors when required.
• Champion Maintenance Excellence and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage allocated budgets with site leader.
• Provide solutions and quotations for small projects.
• Identify opportunities for expanded scope and services.
• Carry out maintenance and repair, including emergencies and cover.
• Oversee on-site technical service delivery.
