Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Associate MEP Cost Consultant to lead cost and commercial deliverables on a major data centre project. The role includes client liaison, reporting, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams across international sites.

You will oversee cost management processes, mentor junior staff, and ensure deliverables meet contractual and quality standards while supporting business objectives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Professional certification such as RICS/AACE is preferred.
• Extensive experience in cost and commercial management on large projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and cost analytics.
• Experience leading small projects and supporting larger ones.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major cost and commercial work streams.
• Line management and performance development of team members.
• Supervise Cost and Commercial Specialists across projects.
• Act as primary client contact for cost reporting and QA.
• Ensure outputs align with contracts and service scope.
• Drive best-practice improvements and innovative cost-management methods.
