Job summary

Context Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Data Centre Service Delivery Manager for a hybrid role in Swindon. You will act as the main point of contact for key data centre clients, ensuring services are delivered effectively and client expectations are met.

You'll coordinate onboarding and ongoing requirements with technical and operational teams, manage issues and escalations, and lead regular service reviews to safeguard client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre service delivery or operations.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships in tech environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience handling service issues and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key data centre clients.
• Act as main point of contact for service delivery.
• Coordinate onboarding, installations and ongoing requirements.
• Manage client issues and escalations through to resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to meet client needs.
• Lead regular client service and performance reviews.
• Keep clients updated on orders, incidents and delivery timescales.
• Identify improvements to the overall client experience.
• Support client audits, site visits and new service requirements.
