Context Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Data Centre Service Delivery Manager in Swindon. This hybrid role focuses on owning client relationships and ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual obligations.

You will coordinate with technical and operational teams to align delivery with client needs and drive continuous improvements. You will manage client issues, escalate where needed, and lead regular service reviews with senior stakeholders to uphold an exceptional client

Data Centre Service Delivery Manager

Hybrid - Swindon
Paying between 65,000-75,000, depending on experience.

We are recruiting for a leading UK data centre provider operating highly secure, business-critical facilities for some of the country's largest organisations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing data centre business, managing important customer relationships within a secure and technically advanced environment. You'll have real ownership and visibility, becoming a trusted advisor to key clients and playing an important role in ensuring they receive an excellent service.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will manage existing client relationships, acting as their main point of contact and working closely with technical and operational teams to ensure services are delivered effectively, issues are resolved quickly and future requirements are understood.

Key Responsibilities

Must be eligible to achieve SC security clearance.
Driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between sites.
