Job summary

Bench IT in London seeks an experienced Service Delivery Manager / Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of a Data Centre. You will lead a team, ensure SLA-compliant service delivery, and apply ITIL best practices across service and change management.

The role covers full project life cycle, financial reporting, and hands-on DC tech and cabling expertise. You will manage staff, drive projects, and deliver reports while maintaining governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff and teams in a Data Centre environment.
• Experience managing projects across full life cycle.
• Proven track record delivering services to contractual/SLA requirements.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and experience with service measurement and change management.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as banking.
• Ability to produce financial and operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team within a Data Centre environment.
• Ensure service delivery meets contractual and SLA requirements.
• Manage projects through full life cycle.
• Apply ITIL processes for service measurement and change management.
• Produce financial and operational reports, including trend analysis.
• Support telecommunications infrastructure cabling and DC technologies.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
• Maintain governance in a regulated environment.
