Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Business Development Director to lead front-end business development across the Data Centre ecosystem in the UK and Europe. You will establish early commercial relationships, develop qualified opportunities and coordinate efforts across business lines with customers and partners before tendering.

You will shape commercial positioning, advance go-to-market strategies and provide market insights on customer needs, competitors, and portfolio gaps to drive growth and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in business development, strategic sales, key account management or go-to market roles within electrical infrastructure, electrical components or power solutions.
• Experience with complex solution selling.
• Established network and experience within the data center ecosystem, including developers, operators, EPC contractors, integrators or OEMs.
• A record of developing senior external and internal relationships and early-stage commercial opportunities.
• Fluent English.

• Develop and manage qualified opportunities through early customer engagement
• Coordinate customer activities across business lines and functions
