Job summary

Mercury-Hampton-Ltd is seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth across Europe's data centre fibre connectivity market. This role is remote across Europe and focuses on building strategic relationships with operators, hyperscalers, and system integrators.

You will shape market strategy, identify opportunities, and lead channel partnerships while representing the company at major industry events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a European business development strategy for the data centre sector.
Build relationships with data centre operators, owners and developers.
Engage installers, contractors and system integrators involved in major projects.
Identify and develop strategic channel and distribution partnerships.
Drive product specification and qualification activities.
Create and manage a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
Position manufacturing scale, European production capability and supply chain strength as key differentiators.
Monitor market developments, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events and key customer meetings across Europe.
