Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Operations Director – Data Centers to own the European data centre business unit.

You will drive growth, strengthen client partnerships, and build a delivery platform across multiple locations with regular travel. Working with executive leaders, you will shape strategy, oversee major campus projects for hyperscale clients, lead geographically dispersed teams, and deliver strong commercial performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within data centres, mission-critical construction, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
• Background working for a leading General Contractor, EPC, or Project Management Consultancy.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with global clients and senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Vision, energy, and leadership skills required to develop a successful business unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the European data centre division, shaping strategy and driving long-term growth.
• Develop and maintain senior relationships with hyperscale clients, technology partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Oversee a portfolio of major data centre campus projects, ensuring exceptional delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Build and lead high-performing regional teams across multiple locations.
• Identify new market opportunities and position the business for continued success.
• Provide strategic insight and leadership across project delivery, operations, and business development.
