The Role

Were looking for a highly analytical stakeholder-savvy consultant to partner with clients across operations technology and business teams. Youll be responsible for defining and delivering data-led solutions that streamline processes reduce risk and optimise performance.

What Youll Do

• Analyse validate and transform data to uncover opportunities for standardisation efficiency and automation
• Design and deliver proof-of-concepts for reconciliations using diverse data sources
• Define user stories and requirements that align with operational needs and upstream data remediation
• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and control frameworks translating insights into actionable artefacts
• Contribute to governance and reporting activities using data-driven insights to support decision-making

What Were Looking For

• 5 years experience as a Data Business Analyst ideally within investment banking or capital markets
• Expertise in reconciliations trade lifecycle settlements and related operational processes
• Hands-on experience with data modelling validation and reconciliation practices
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL Excel or data visualisation platforms
• Skilled at writing clear structured user stories and functional requirements
