You will collaborate with engineers and operate in a hybrid setup with some on-site work in Shoreditch to drive measurable improvements in cost and reliability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in SQL and experienced with BI tools.
• You communicate clearly and turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health of night route plans and flag issues.
• Track predictions of parcels and improve prediction rules.
• Build dashboards to diagnose routing and sortation performance.
• Partner with engineers to test and validate routing changes.
• Define KPIs and create dashboards for operations leadership.
