You will diagnose why plans deviate and collaborate with engineers to drive improvements that lower costs and improve throughput. Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience, preferably in logistics or operations.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to turn data into dashboards and actionable insights.
• Ability to work with large, messy operational datasets and translate findings into business actions.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across routing and sortation to diagnose performance gaps.
• Develop dashboards and models to predict demand, cost, and workforce needs.
• Collaborate with routing, sortation, and software engineers to validate changes and drive improvements.
