Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis within logistics or similar industries.
• Ability to work alongside operations and commercial stakeholders.
• Fluent in SQL and experienced in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pitstop squad's five outcome metrics and build monitoring around them.
• Run the analytics behind pitstop performance and pricing.
• Quantify the impact of squad initiatives in cost terms.
• Build launch readiness analytics and retention layer.
• Investigate LiveOps ticket load by category and reason.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards for performance transparency.
• Maintain and extend the squad's dbt models and data pipelines.
