Relay is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for the Last Mile team to own how we measure and improve courier excellence. You will shape on‑the‑door decisions and performance management, collaborating with data scientists, engineers and operators across the squad.

A v1 framework exists and you will evolve it into a materially better system. The role involves working with the Last Mile team on handover trade-offs, fleet quality and courier-facing analytics.

Qualifications

• This role demands a strong analyst who thinks in systems and breaks problems into parts.
• Candidates should thrive with high autonomy and a PM-like capabilities for roadmapping.
• Problem solving matters more than techniques used.
• Collaborating with smart, motivated colleagues is essential.
• Fluency in SQL is required.
• Comfort with designing experiments, risk scoring and segmentation.
• Clear, inclusive communication with non-technical teammates.
• Experience in performance analytics or related domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own handover optimisation by modelling trade-offs between speed, quality and risk.
• Design experiments, measure outcomes, and quantify what works in the network.
• Define metrics for courier performance and drive improvements across squads.
• Collaborate with product, ops and engineering; analytics owned by you.
• Make courier performance and rewards transparent through experiments.
