Job summary

Relay is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Last Mile network. You will own how we measure courier excellence, design experiments, and evolve the performance framework to improve speed, quality and risk across the network.

You’ll partner with data scientists, engineers and operators, own analytics for courier behaviours, and drive data-informed decisions that move the business forward. Hybrid work in London region is available.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinker with systems view.
• Fluent in SQL and data interpretation.
• Experience driving performance analytics and experiments.
• Ability to work autonomously in a PM-like role.

Responsibilities

• Define handover trade-offs and model levers affecting speed, quality and risk.
• Own the evolution of Relay's performance framework for Last Mile.
• Design experiments and measure impact on couriers and network.
• Collaborate with product, ops and eng across squads.
• Develop courier-facing analytics and transparent dashboards.
