Job summary

Relay is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its Last Mile team to own measurement and improvement of courier excellence. You will shape how we assess performance, design experiments, and drive data-driven decisions across product, ops and engineering.

You will partner with data scientists and operators to evolve the existing analytics framework, build risk scores, segmentation, and descriptive analyses that inform weekly decisions and long-term roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Fluent in SQL and able to design and interpret experiments.
• Strong systems-thinking approach to complex logistics problems.
• Experience working autonomously in a cross-functional product/PM capacity.
• Familiarity with performance management, marketplace quality, or operational analytics.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own how Relay measures and improves courier excellence.
• Evolve and enhance the existing performance management framework.
• Collaborate with Last Mile team, data scientists, engineers and operators.
• Design measurements, run experiments, and quantify outcomes that improve the network.
