Job summary

Telefónica Tech UK&I is seeking an Account Director – Data & AI to drive growth across Data & AI opportunities, developing new logo opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.

You will sell predominantly professional services, shape solutions with technical specialists, and take opportunities from initial engagement through to commercial close, building your own pipeline via outbound activity and networking.

Qualifications

• Experience selling professional or consulting services.
• Experience working with Microsoft, Databricks and AWS.
• Ability to build and manage a structured sales pipeline with outbound & partner channels.
• Lead proposals, pricing, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Win new Data & AI opportunities across clients.
• Develop pipeline through outbound activity and networking.
• Qualify inbound opportunities and progress through the sales lifecycle.
• Translate customer challenges into solution-focused offerings.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to shape proposals.
