Job summary

Coforge seeks a result-driven Data & AI Growth & Solutions Sales leader to accelerate growth by expanding strategic customer relationships. You will own a portfolio of accounts in the UK/Europe and drive adoption of data platforms, AI services, and AI-enabled offerings.

In this role you will shape narratives, craft differentiating solutions, and coordinate with alliance partners and delivery teams to scale what you sell.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT services with 10+ years in client-facing Data/AI sales leadership in the UK
• Strong fluency in data/analytics solution architectures and AI tech options
• Track record of multi-million-dollar sales targets in complex tech/Ai services

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Data & AI sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin growth expectations.
• Own and deliver Data & AI revenue targets for a portfolio of UK/Europe accounts, including GenAI pursuits.
• Lead strategic pursuits across BFS, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, Public Sector.
• Co-create compelling solution narratives leveraging Coforge IPs, frameworks, accelerators, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Delivery Heads and CoE/Practice teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with GTM narratives.
