Job summary

T H WHITE Group in Frome is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator/Dairy Administrator to join our Dairy team. Reporting to the Dairy Operations Manager, this role provides essential administrative support to the team and helps maintain smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will be organised, numerate, and a strong communicator with GCSE English and Maths and solid IT skills. Experience in agriculture or dairy is a plus, and a proactive, team-focused approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational abilities are essential.
• Able to work as part of a team and show initiative.
• Solid IT skills and numeracy are required.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers in person, by phone, and by other e-communication.
• Handling customer accounts including cash and sundry accounts.
• Resolving customer issues and taking ownership to drive solutions.
• Processing Dairy Warranty claims.
• Managing dairy job card processes and supporting invoicing.
• Handling supplier invoices and cost allocation for the depot.
• Providing administrative support to the Dairy Division.
• Providing holiday cover within the team as required.
