Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking a Technical Coordinator at Bridgwater Dairy to own the site quality management systems, ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Working with operational teams, you will support audits, quality investigations and reporting, build quality capability, reduce waste and help deliver best-in-class dairy products. This role requires strong communication, HACCP Level 3 and Food Safety Level 3 credentials, and a dairy industry background.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running or supporting QMS and quality governance.
• Experience supporting or leading audits and supplier/ customer interactions.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and support in Quality Management Systems.

Technical Coordinator

Location: Bridgwater

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We're looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Bridgwater Dairy and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

About the Role

As Technical Coordinator, you'll provide governance and ownership of site food safety and quality systems, helping to ensure the delivery of best-in-class products while driving continuous improvement across the dairy. Working closely with operational teams, you'll support compliance, audits and quality performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and support in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in a Technical role


• Strong communication and influencing skills


• Experience inusing A3 problem-solving methodologies


• Knowledge of retailer codes of practice


• Experience supporting or leading BRC audits


• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills


• HACCP Level 3qualification


• Food Safety Level 3qualification


• Advanced Food Hygiene knowledge


• Understanding of microbiology principle


• Dairy industry experience is highly desirable
