T H WHITE is recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator/Dairy Administrator to join our Dairy team in Frome. Reporting to the Dairy Operations Manager, this key role will provide administrative support to the team.

The ideal applicant will be organised, numerate and a team player with excellent communication skills, IT proficiency and an interest in dairy knowledge. The role includes holiday cover and a flexible approach to hours.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• GCSE English/Maths or equivalent and good IT skills.

Aufgaben

• Deal with customers in person, by phone and by email.
• Handle customer accounts including cash and sundry accounts.
• Process Dairy Warranty claims and raise dairy job cards.
• Support invoicing and control the dairy job card process.
• Manage depot supplier invoices and assist with admin tasks.
