Job summary

AB Agri Ltd in the UK is recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Services Team, supporting National Milk Records and KW Feeds. You will manage enquiries, process orders and payments, and work with colleagues to resolve queries from start to finish.

With full training provided, this permanent, full-time role offers a supportive, customer-focused environment, flexible hybrid working, and opportunities to develop IT and product knowledge across our business.

Qualifications

• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across National Milk Records and KW Feeds.
• Handle enquiries via phone, email and other channels; aim for first-contact resolution.
• Process orders, payments and account requests accurately.
• Respond to invoice and payment queries with timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/ERP under GDPR.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify opportunities to promote products and pass leads to relevant teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
