Job summary

Canva is seeking an Account Executive for SMB in Europe, based in London or able to work hybrid in the UK. You will own a targeted SMB book, conduct outbound outreach, and close deals to drive revenue.

You’ll qualify opportunities using SPICED, build a scalable pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer journey. You have a proven track record in outbound sales or SMB account management, strong negotiation and communication skills, and you thrive in a fast-growing,

Qualifications

• Track record in outbound sales or account management in B2B/SMB contexts.
• Experience with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, Outreach IO, Sales Navigator, Gong).
• Fluency in German is a plus and helps in European SMB markets.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales to identify and engage SMB clients.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Qualify opportunities using SPICED methodology and build a scalable pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Marketing and Product teams to optimize the process.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas and maintain CRM accuracy.
