Job summary

Canva London's campus in Shoreditch hosts a fast-paced Mid-Market Account Executive role focused on the DACH region. You’ll own a targeted German-speaking book, run a full outbound sales cycle, and apply SPICED to qualify opportunities.

Collaborate with Sales & Success, Marketing and Product to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to close. You’ll develop data-driven account plans and sharpen discovery, pitching and negotiation skills as you tackle increasingly complex deals.

Qualifications

• Some outbound sales experience in B2B or SaaS and a desire to build a career in mid-market sales.
• Fluency in German and English; comfortable presenting to multiple stakeholders.
• Organised and self-motivated with the discipline to manage a full pipeline and hit targets.
• Coachable — eager to develop your sales craft in a supportive team.
• Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, Gong).

Responsibilities

• Own a targeted book of German-speaking mid-market prospects and run outbound sales activity to identify, engage, and convert new business.
• Run a full sales cycle from first outreach to close, using SPICED to qualify opportunities and uncover customer value.
• Build account plans grounded in data-driven market insights and translate them into day-to-day sales activity.
• Collaborate with your manager and senior AEs to sharpen discovery, pitch, and negotiation skills for more complex deals.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales & Success, Marketing and Product to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact to close.
• Stay close to trends in the DACH market to credibly speak to customer business changes.
