Job summary

Gravitas Group seeks a D365 Platform Lead to drive the strategy, development, and governance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. You will lead a technical team, coordinate with external partners, and ensure a scalable, secure CRM that delivers business outcomes in a hybrid London/Greater Manchester setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, Dataverse, security, and integration.
• Design CRM platforms to support enterprise-scale outcomes.
• Build integrations using APIs, plugins, and Azure-based services.
• Governance, DevOps, and ALM practices across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions and Service Bus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with third-party partners.
