Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform services. The role is hybrid, with the opportunity to shape governance and best practices across platforms while leading technical teams and third-party partners.

You will own end-to-end architecture for CRM and Power Platform, collaborate with residents and colleagues, and steer future platform direction in a complex housing context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, solutions framework, and security model.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Expertise in integration patterns (APIs, Azure Integration Services).
• Experience implementing governance, DevOps, and ALM for D365/Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and design for Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform.
• Lead strategy, architecture, design and delivery of the platform and associated services.
• Establish and maintain platform governance, standards, environment strategy and ALM.
