Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd partners with a leading organisation to hire an experienced Dynamics 365 Platform Lead in London or Greater Manchester. You will shape and evolve the Microsoft technology landscape, leading development of a business-critical platform.

You will define strategic direction, architecture, governance and ALM across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, working with Dataverse, APIs, Azure services, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated delivery and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
• In-depth Dynamics 365 architecture knowledge: Dataverse, solution mgmt, security models, integration approaches.
• Proven track record designing enterprise CRM platforms
• Strong integration capabilities: APIs, plugins, and Azure-based services.
• Experience implementing governance, DevOps, and ALM across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure services used with Dynamics 365 (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading internal technical teams and coordinating suppliers/delivery partners.
• Experience in housing/public sector or similarly regulated environments.
• Exposure to Power BI and data/reporting technologies.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
• Understanding of customer experience and digital engagement technologies.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £76,000 with a £6,000 London supplement if you are based out of that office

Our client is investing in the next phase of their digital transformation journey and are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to play a key role in shaping and evolving their Microsoft technology landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a business-critical platform.

As a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead within our Technology Services function, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, technical architecture, and ongoing development of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate.

Essential skills and experience

• Demonstrable experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, including Dataverse, solution management, security models, and integration approaches.
• Proven track record of designing CRM platforms that support strategic business outcomes at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies and patterns, including APIs, plugins, and Azure-based integration services.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks, DevOps practices, and ALM processes across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments.
• Knowledge of Azure services commonly used alongside Dynamics 365, such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading internal technical teams and coordinating third-party suppliers or delivery partners.
• Previous experience working within housing, local government, public sector, or similarly regulated environments.
• Understanding of customer experience and digital engagement technologies.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot or AI capabilities within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
