Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd partners with a leading organisation to hire an experienced Dynamics 365 Platform Lead in London or Greater Manchester. You will shape and evolve the Microsoft technology landscape, leading development of a business-critical platform.

You will define strategic direction, architecture, governance and ALM across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, working with Dataverse, APIs, Azure services, and Power BI.

Formación

• Demonstrated delivery and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
• In-depth Dynamics 365 architecture knowledge: Dataverse, solution mgmt, security models, integration approaches.
• Proven track record designing enterprise CRM platforms
• Strong integration capabilities: APIs, plugins, and Azure-based services.
• Experience implementing governance, DevOps, and ALM across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure services used with Dynamics 365 (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading internal technical teams and coordinating suppliers/delivery partners.
• Experience in housing/public sector or similarly regulated environments.
• Exposure to Power BI and data/reporting technologies.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
• Understanding of customer experience and digital engagement technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic direction and technical architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.
• Define governance, DevOps practices, and ALM processes across Microsoft platforms.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party partners to deliver enterprise-scale CRM solutions.
• Drive integration using APIs, plugins, and Azure-based services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business outcomes and regulatory requirements.
