CYPMHS West Herts are looking to recruit an inspirational Community Team Leader who is highly skilled, motivated Practitioner with the appropriate professional qualification and experience to work in the multi-disciplinary Team. The post is offered on as a full-time 37.5 hours permanent basis.
The Community Team Leader is required to work across two sites, St Albans and Hemel Hempstead. We are a vibrant team working with children and young people presenting with emotional and behavioural needs including complex trauma and attachment difficulties impacting on emotional distress and impacting on their mental health. You will need to have in-depth understanding of neurodiverse and be able to identify any reasonable adjustments to support children and young people using our service.
