A mental health support organization in Crewe is looking for an Education Mental Health Practitioner to work with children and professionals within educational settings. The role involves providing assessments, delivering Low Intensity CBT interventions, and engaging with various educational stakeholders. Candidates should have professional registration or eligibility to obtain it within six months. This is a fixed-term position transitioning to permanent upon registration.
A vacancy at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is an opportunity to work within one of the Cheshire Mental Health Support Team (MHST) based in East Cheshire. The Band 5 Education Mental Health Practitioner / CYPWP will work with colleagues in the East Cheshire MHST, collaborating with education settings and professionals to support children, young people and their families.
The post involves working directly with schools, colleges and settings to provide information, advice and guidance through consultation, training, direct work with children and young people and their parents / caregivers, and delivering evidence-based interventions.
