Qualifications

• Keen cyclist with a good level of fitness.
• Experience maintaining a bicycle or fleet of bicycles.
• Valid first aid certificate.
• UK / EU passport holder.
• UK National Insurance or EU Social Security number.
• UK / EU bank account.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours over various terrains, distances, and intensities.
• Greet guests, inform them of services, and ensure bicycles are safe.
• Monitor and maintain a fleet of road and mountain bikes.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
