Job summary

Saepio Information Security is seeking an Account Manager in a hybrid UK role to drive revenue by winning new business and growing existing relationships. You’ll engage senior buyers, articulate cybersecurity and infrastructure value, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to close.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication.
• Ability to position technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to succeed in a fast-growth environment.
• Experience selling IT, SaaS, cybersecurity or infrastructure solutions.
• Experience upselling and cross-selling with existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert high-value prospects to generate new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers to understand cybersecurity and infrastructure challenges.
• Develop and deliver tailored, consultative solutions that deliver clear commercial value.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial engagement to negotiation and close.
• Own client relationships, onboarding, project delivery and long-term value.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow existing accounts.
