Furza, based at its head office in Cheadle, is recruiting six sales professionals in a fast-moving environment. You will join the Furza Sales Academy, receive coaching, and progress quickly within a supportive team.

No prior sales experience is required as full training is provided. You will reach out to prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn, maintain the CRM and book demos, while building strong, lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships.
• Self-starter, tenacious and results-driven.
• Able to listen, adapt and learn quickly.
• Proactive in reaching out and managing multiple prospects.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and articulate our value proposition.
• Reach out to prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Maintain an accurate CRM with activity and outcomes.
• Take a consultative approach to understand challenges.
• Book and support calls and demos for the senior sales team.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
