Job summary

Furza Training Group in Nottingham is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to help grow their customer base. No previous sales experience is needed; you’ll receive full training, 1-1 coaching and a clear path to progress.

You’ll join a supportive sales team on Furza’s Sales Accelerate Programme, with ISP accreditation on completion and ongoing coaching from an experienced leadership team.

Qualifications

• Able to manage several tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using a PC and common software

Responsibilities

• Run proactive, creative outreach to target businesses by phone, email and LinkedIn
• Ask the right questions to understand prospects’ challenges and position the right IT services
• Generate and progress sales opportunities across a range of industries
• Work with marketing on account-based campaigns and follow-ups
• Drive attendance at webinars, events and workshops
• Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and share relevant content
• Track industry news and trends to spot new leads
• Coordinate and support client calls with the senior sales team
• Work towards monthly KPIs, with regular support and feedback
