We are hiring an early-career Business Development Representative in Norwich to join a collaborative, high-growth team driving sales opportunities.

You will enter the Furza Sales Academy with coaching and a pathway to Account Executive or management roles, supported by industry accreditation.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Focused and detail-oriented.
• Curious and willing to ask questions when unsure.
• Able to engage senior stakeholders with confidence.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding lead-generation targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills online and in person.

Responsibilities

• Engage with high-potential prospects to drive opportunities.
• Develop consultative selling skills with ongoing training.
• Identify new opportunities and support conversations with potential clients.
• Active prospecting using calls, email, social media, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and hand them to the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and refine messaging.
