Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management within a multi-supplier environment.
• Experience supporting cyber/security services end-to-end.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• ITIL v4/5 certification or knowledge.
