Job summary

Robertson Sumner is seeking a high-energy cyber security sales professional to drive new business in the Wokingham region. You will engage mid-market and enterprise customers, presenting a broad IT and security portfolio to address digital transformation risks.

You will identify opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and work with marketing and delivery teams to close deals, with hybrid working and at least two days in Wokingham.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong hunter mindset for new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop strong customer relationships at multiple stakeholder levels.
