A retail cooperative in Shoreham-by-Sea is seeking a Customer Team Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, support team members, and manage various store tasks. Customer Team Leader – Location: 2-3 Royal George Parade, Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham‑by‑Sea, BN43 6TB
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part‑time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and weekends – to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided.
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you'll need to authorise age‑related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be part of a friendly team that is dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager and delivering great customer service, performing a wide range of tasks around the store (re‑stocking shelves, cleaning spillages, etc.).
