Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily container requirements and maintain accurate inbound schedules across storage locations.
  • Manage booking systems to align container arrivals with operational capacity and warehouse planning.
  • Communicate clearly with warehouses regarding vehicle slots, inbound deliveries, and stock movements.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure inbound stock is accurately recorded and reported.
  • Act as the main customer contact for enquiries, delivery updates, and service information.
  • Work with external storage sites and logistics partners to manage documentation, packing lists, and stock transfers.
  • Support internal teams by resolving service issues promptly and completing all administrative duties to a high standard.
