Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Confident on the phone and able to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and develop commercial skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, drivers and suppliers.
• Handle bookings and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers and suppliers.
