Speedy Freight in Swindon is seeking a Customer Support Executive to be the first point of contact for customers, drivers and suppliers, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Our Swindon branch is a family-run business, meaning you'll become part of a close-knit team where everyone rolls their sleeves up and works together. We cover a large area across Swindon, Salisbury and the surrounding region, so no two days are ever the same.
You'll spend your day speaking to customers, drivers and suppliers, managing bookings, responding to emails and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Around one day each week, you'll also support the business development side of the branch, helping generate new opportunities, build relationships and contribute to the branch's continued growth.
This role would suit someone with customer service experience who's confident on the phone, organised, enjoys multitasking and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
