Sunbelt Rentals UK is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy, hands-on team. You will build relationships with customers, handle enquiries by phone, email and online requests, and manage the order journey from enquiry to post-hire feedback.

You will use product knowledge to upsell where appropriate and demonstrate excellent communication while collaborating with colleagues to deliver an outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
