Job summary

Emplas Window Systems in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to support our growing manufacturing business. You will maintain and develop relationships with customers, assist with product enquiries, inform on lead times and liaise with other departments to resolve issues.

You will also receive and process stock orders accurately and strive to exceed expectations on quality and service. Working hours are 37.5 per week, with 28 days holidays, a pension scheme and ongoing training and

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Confident on the telephone with good rapport.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
