Job summary

Emplas Window Systems Limited is seeking an Order Processor to provide accurate and efficient processing for conservatories, roofs, doors and windows. You will handle quotes, document specifications, and use Window Designer to ensure precision across master schedules and project metrics.

The role involves procurement tasks, quality checks, client communications, and meeting KPIs set by management. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £24,784.50.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order Management: Estimate and process commercial quotes and orders with accuracy.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed specification documents from customer information and drawings.
• Software Operation: Use Window Designer to verify processing accuracy.
• Scheduling: Maintain master schedules and track project metrics for real-time visibility.
• Procurement: Conduct material take-offs, produce MRP and bespoke orders, liaise with purchasing.
• Quality Control: Check work for accuracy and stay updated on building regulations.
• Client Liaison: Send order confirmations, technical drawings, and provide technical support.
• Performance: Achieve KPIs and personal targets set by management.

Position

We are looking for an Order Processor to provide an accurate and efficient order processing service on conservatories, roofs, doors and windows.

You will be:

• Order Management: Estimate and process commercial quotes and orders with accuracy.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed specification documents from customer information and architectural drawings.
• Software Operation: Use industry-specific software (e.g., Window Designer) to verify processing accuracy.
• Scheduling: Maintain master schedules and track project metrics for real-time visibility.
• Procurement: Conduct material take-offs, produce MRP and bespoke orders, and liaise with purchasing.
• Quality Control: Check work for accuracy and stay updated on building regulations.
• Client Liaison: Send order confirmations, technical drawings, and provide technical support.
• Performance: Achieve KPIs and personal targets set by management.

Requirements

You will have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the window processing field.
• Proficiency with Window Designer or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations within the window industry.
• Ability to prepare quotations and manufacturing specification sheets from ITT documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Working hours

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) 08:30am until 17:00pm

Salary

£24,784.50
