Job summary

KEYENCE CORPORATION in London seeks a graduate to join the Customer Success/Admin team. You will enter orders into the CRM, communicate with customers, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating end-to-end order processing.

You will also handle quotations, manage logistics daily, and support goods flow from Japan to customers, with opportunities to learn across administration and logistics functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Must hold a full driving licence.
• Experience in a professional environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the CRM.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues by phone and email.
• Ensure promised delivery dates are met.
• Manage end-to-end order process including dispatch and delivery.
• Process quotations for customers.
• Coordinate daily distribution through the CRM systems.
• Stock control and transfers.
• Liaise with warehouse and follow KEYENCE Global logistics guidelines.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Support flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to end customers.
