Contribute to the design, launch and optimisation of large‑scale distribution operations across our UK network, which spans more than 500,000 sq ft of modern warehousing space across 8+ locations.

This position offers a unique blend of analytical problem solving, operational execution, and hands‑on innovation. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, site teams and international colleagues to build efficient, data‑driven logistics solutions that support our growing operations.

Ideal for ambitious logistics professionals from graduates with one year of experience to early‑career engineers, this role gives you the opportunity to make a real impact. Are you ready to influence how major supply chains operate?

Solution Design
  • Support the design and optimisation of warehouse layouts and processes: Assist in translating customer requirements and data into efficient, practical warehouse solutions under guidance from a senior logistics engineer.
  • Help analyse customer flows and operational data: Work with inbound and outbound flow information to identify patterns and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in presenting findings and proposals: Contribute to clear and structured presentations for site management and customers, aligned with senior engineer recommendations.
  • Turn insights into action: Support the commercial phase by gathering and processing cost elements (labour, investment, IT, etc.), assisting with price setting, and participating in customer meetings alongside sales and site teams.
Implementation
  • Support the development of project plans for new contracts: Help define timelines, milestones, and team responsibilities as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Assist in implementing projects: Coordinate tasks and track progress with guidance, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across functions: Work closely with senior logistics engineers, sales, site managers, and external partners to support smooth project execution.
  • Prepare progress reports and monitor project performance: Assist in producing updates, basic cost analyses, and budget overviews for internal and external stakeholders.
Innovation
  • Contribute to innovation through technology and process improvements: Support trials of new technologies, such as automated guided vehicles, co‑bots, and administrative automation, and help include these ideas in proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement: Assist in reviewing current workflows, suggesting ideas for improvement, and sharing insights with the logistics community under guidance.
What You Bring
