Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Hire Controller to deliver best-in-class service by phone, email, and web requests. You’ll manage customer journeys from enquiry to post-hire feedback and build lasting relationships.

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role.
• Experience handling inbound enquiries & orders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with IT systems and price policies.
